Webflow Developer (Remote, Full-Time/Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a design‑focused Webflow Developer to join our fast‑growing, remote‑first team. You will turn high‑fidelity Figma or Adobe XD mockups into pixel‑perfect, conversion‑optimized Webflow sites and own the technical implementation of our marketing and product web properties.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build fully responsive websites and landing pages from scratch using Webflow.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and marketing teams to translate Figma/Adobe XD mockups into functional Webflow pages.
• Create and manage dynamic Webflow CMS collections for scalable content.
• Write custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript when native Webflow features need extensions.
• Audit and optimise sites for speed, accessibility and SEO.
• Integrate third‑party tools and APIs such as Zapier, GA4, GTM and CRM platforms.
• Perform cross‑device and cross‑browser testing before and after launch.
• Maintain site security, update scripts, and troubleshoot bugs.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional Webflow design and development experience, preferably in a digital agency, SaaS or startup environment.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI, layout, typography and responsive design, with proven expertise in Figma.
• Solid foundation in HTML, CSS and JavaScript for custom scripting.
• Experience with modern Webflow frameworks such as Client‑First or Relume.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to work autonomously in a distributed team.
• Portfolio showcasing live Webflow projects, custom interactions and before/after designs.
