Webflow Developer – Remote Full-Time

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled, design‑focused Webflow Developer to join our fast‑growing, remote‑first team. You will translate high‑fidelity Figma or Adobe XD mockups into pixel‑perfect, conversion‑optimized Webflow sites and own the technical implementation of our marketing and product web properties.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build fully responsive websites and landing pages from scratch using Webflow.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and marketing teams to accurately implement mockups.
• Create and manage dynamic Webflow CMS collections for scalable content.
• Write custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript when native Webflow features need extensions.
• Audit and optimise sites for speed, accessibility, and SEO.
• Integrate third‑party tools and APIs (e.g., Zapier, GA4, GTM, CRM software).
• Conduct cross‑device and cross‑browser testing and ensure post‑launch performance.
• Maintain website security, update scripts, and troubleshoot bugs.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional Webflow design and development experience.
• Experience working in a digital agency, SaaS company, or startup environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing live Webflow projects with custom interactions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to work autonomously in a distributed team.
