Stagiaire Assistant Data Analyste des Évènements Conduite OBC/TCS

About the role

This six‑month unpaid internship, based in Owendo, Gabon, supports the Railway Enterprise Division within the Traction Department. You will work in the TCS Inspection team, analysing daily train‑operation events to improve safety and operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily KPI analysis to detect trends, gaps and early warning signals affecting train safety.
• Produce and maintain operational dashboards for management reporting.
• Assist in the deployment, monitoring and user support of the APVIS application.
• Participate in Lean Six Sigma project management activities related to process improvement.
• Support maintenance of safety equipment and locomotive driving tools.

Required profile

• Academic background in Industrial Maintenance, Management Information Systems, Data Management or a related field (Licence, Master or Engineer level).
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Fluent in French.

Required skills

• Intermediate/operational proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic data‑management knowledge.
• Understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles.
• General computer literacy.
