Senior Reservoir Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Reservoir / Petroleum Engineer to join our on‑shore operations in Congo. The successful candidate will work independently, with minimal supervision, to drive reservoir surveillance, production optimisation and forecasting activities.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse reservoir performance to identify opportunities for increased recovery.
• Develop and maintain production forecasts and optimisation strategies.
• Perform reservoir surveillance and generate technical reports for management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement recovery improvement projects.

Required profile

• 10–12 years of experience as a Reservoir Engineer or Petroleum Engineer.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Eligibility to work in the CEMAC region.

Required skills

• PVT data handling.
• RCAL data handling.
• SCAL data handling.
• Production database management (e.g., OFM or similar).
