Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a remote French‑English bilingual Customer Support Representative to join our growing e‑commerce team. In this role you will assist customers from French‑speaking regions via phone and live chat, turning inquiries and issues into positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly assistance in French and English through calls and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve order, product and technical issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Identify recurring problems and share insights to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and peers to stay aligned on priorities.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm under pressure and focused on delivering solutions.
• Reliable internet connection (≥25 Mbps) and a quiet workspace.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms.
• Familiarity with Shopify and e‑commerce CRM tools.
