Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative to assist customers from French‑speaking regions via voice calls and live chat. You will help track orders, answer product questions, and resolve issues while delivering a friendly, empathetic experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely support in both French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer problems with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Accurately document every interaction in our CRM.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand professionally and with cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills and calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.
