Remote Drupal Web Developer

About the role

We are looking for a talented and detail‑oriented Drupal Web Developer to join our remote team. In this role you will design, build and maintain complex web applications on the Drupal platform, working closely with project managers, UX/UI designers and fellow developers to deliver secure, high‑performing, responsive sites.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, develop and maintain Drupal‑based websites and applications.
• Create custom modules and themes using clean, secure PHP and JavaScript/jQuery.
• Integrate third‑party services and APIs, including headless/decoupled solutions.
• Perform core updates, apply security patches and ensure module compatibility.
• Test, debug and optimise front‑ and back‑end performance to achieve high uptime.
• Participate in code reviews, share knowledge and support team members.
• Document technical specifications and system architecture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, IT or equivalent experience.
• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience with Drupal 9/10.
• Strong self‑motivation, time‑management and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
