French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual professional to join our remote customer service team. In this position you will act as the primary point of contact for French‑speaking customers, delivering friendly, solution‑focused support via phone and live chat.

Key responsibilities
