French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team. In this position you will act as the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering clear information and solutions through phone calls and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in both French and English, handling a wide range of customer inquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues calmly and deliver effective resolutions.
• Document all interactions accurately to ensure seamless service continuity.
• Share customer feedback and insights to help improve processes and products.
• Collaborate with remote teammates, staying aligned on goals and priorities.

Required profile

• Full fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• At least one year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact centre.
• Patient, detail‑oriented, with a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly within a remote environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
