French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a fluent French‑English speaker to join our remote customer service team. In this position you will act as the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering clear information and solutions via phone and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in both French and English, handling a wide range of customer inquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and calmly deliver effective resolutions.
• Document every interaction accurately to ensure seamless follow‑up.
• Share customer feedback to help improve our processes and products.
• Collaborate with the remote team, staying aligned on goals and priorities.

Required profile

• Complete fluency in French and English, written and spoken.
• At least 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact centre.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with a distributed team.
• Patient, detail‑oriented attitude with a genuine desire to help customers.

Required skills

• Familiarity with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify.
