French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual professional to join our remote customer service team. You will act as a trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering clear information and solutions through phone calls and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in both French and English across multiple channels.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer problems calmly and efficiently.
• Document every interaction accurately to ensure seamless service continuity.

Required profile

• Full fluency in written and spoken French and English.
• At least 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact‑center environment.
• Patient, detail‑oriented, and genuinely motivated to help customers.
• Ability to work independently while communicating clearly with a remote team.

Required skills

• Experience with customer‑support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
