French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual professional to join our fully remote team as a Customer Service Representative. In this position you will be the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering prompt assistance via phone and live chat while helping to build lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient support in both French and English across voice calls and live‑chat channels.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions.
• Document every interaction accurately to ensure continuity of service.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact‑center environment.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently while communicating clearly with a distributed team.

Required skills
