French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team. In this position you will be the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering prompt assistance through phone calls and live chat while helping to build lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, timely support in both French and English across multiple channels.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, identify root causes and deliver effective solutions.
• Document all interactions accurately in our support system.
• Gather and share customer feedback to improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with teammates and stay aligned with team goals while working remotely.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support or a contact‑center environment.
• Patient, detail‑oriented and self‑motivated.
• Reliable high‑speed internet and a quiet workspace for calls.

Required skills

• Experience with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify.
