French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French-English Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for French-speaking customers, providing assistance through voice calls, live chat and email while upholding our high standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver top-tier support in French and English via voice and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective, customer-first resolutions.
• Build strong relationships through clear, empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills and calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms.
• Knowledge of Shopify or comparable e-commerce systems.
• General CRM system proficiency.
