French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this position you will be the first point of contact for French‑language customers, handling inbound calls, live chat and email with professionalism and care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide top‑tier support in French and English via voice and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and deliver effective resolutions.
• Build strong relationships through clear, empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service.
• Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support platforms.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
