French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote, fast‑growing team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for French‑language customers, providing assistance via phone, live chat and email while delivering a friendly and professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, chat and email inquiries in French and English.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective, solution‑focused resolutions.
• Maintain clear, empathetic communication to build strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Calm under pressure with a customer‑first mindset.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Gorgias, Zendesk or Shopify.
