French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a proactive French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global e‑commerce team. You will interact with customers from French‑ and English‑speaking regions via voice calls and live chat, ensuring every contact is handled professionally, clearly, and with empathy.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly, and accurate support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and guide them step‑by‑step to resolution.
• Log all interactions precisely in our support platform.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and updates.
• Represent the brand with care, professionalism, and patience.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Excellent communication skills and calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar customer‑support tools.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems.
