French Customer Support Specialist (Bilingual FR/EN) – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual specialist to provide non‑voice customer support in a fully remote setting. You will handle chat and email inquiries, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions via chat and email in both French and English.
• Assist with order inquiries, general concerns, and issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot problems and deliver clear, accurate solutions.
• Document interactions and maintain up‑to‑date records.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent service quality.
• Share feedback to improve processes and the overall customer journey.

Required profile

• Fluent reading and writing in French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (e‑commerce preferred).
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
