French Customer Support Specialist (Bilingual FR/EN, Remote)

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a French‑English bilingual specialist to provide non‑voice customer support remotely. You will handle chat and email inquiries, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely, professional assistance via chat and email in both French and English.
• Help customers with orders, inquiries, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, accurate solutions.
• Document interactions and maintain precise records.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent, high‑quality support.
• Share feedback to improve processes and the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent reading and writing in French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (e‑commerce a plus).
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
