E&I Projects Supervisor

About the role

Assala Energy is seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented E&I Projects Supervisor to lead the full project lifecycle from design through asset hand‑over. The role involves technical content ownership, project coordination, planning and budget control, and close collaboration with engineering, procurement and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead E&I technicians and subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
• Define project scopes of work for contractors and vendors, incorporating HSE aspects early in design.
• Input material requirements into SAP‑BP, provide technical input for quotation evaluation and expedite material supply.
• Produce engineering deliverables such as calculation notes, construction drawings, PID’s, cable schedules, logic diagrams and cause‑and‑effects matrices.
• Propose and develop E&I engineering solutions to address integrity or operations issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the oil & gas industry designing equipment and piping systems.
• BSc/MSc or equivalent degree in Electrical/Instrumentation engineering or a related science.
• Strong team spirit, organizational and project management abilities.
