Data Operations Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Data Operations Analyst to ensure smooth handling, quality, and management of operational data that powers AI, machine-learning and business-intelligence projects. The role combines monitoring of data pipelines, validation of datasets and support for cross-functional data teams.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain and optimise data pipelines and workflow orchestration tools.
• Validate data quality and integrity at each processing stage.
• Prepare, annotate and analyse datasets for AI and analytics teams.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve data inconsistencies and errors.
• Produce regular reports on data-operations metrics and quality KPIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline data handling processes.
• Document operational workflows and standard operating procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics or Mathematics.
• 3-5 years of experience in data operations, analytics or pipeline management.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple operational tasks and priorities.
