Corporate Reliability Engineer (Renewable Energy)

About the role

Enviva is seeking a Corporate Reliability Engineer to lead and support reliability and condition‑based maintenance (CBM) programs across its regional sites. The role combines data‑driven analysis, hands‑on troubleshooting, and coaching of maintenance teams to ensure consistent execution of corporate reliability standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support regional sites in continuous improvement of CBM programs, including vibration, oil, ultrasound, thermography, ultrasonic testing (UT) and wireless condition monitoring.
• Analyze predictive data, identify trends and deliver data‑based repair and risk‑based maintenance recommendations.
• Validate repairs through follow‑up data collection and analysis; track work requests in CMMS/EAM systems.
• Audit compliance with corporate reliability standards, OEM requirements and Management of Change (MOC) modifications.
• Provide feedback, corrective actions and documentation to ensure consistent site execution.
• Train, mentor and coach CBM technicians, lubrication technicians and maintenance personnel.
• Serve as an on‑site reliability resource during site visits and coordinate vendor activities related to predictive technologies.
• Champion safety and quality expectations, reporting and escalating any safety issues observed.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset for interpreting predictive and sensor data.
• Experience delivering technical guidance and training to maintenance teams.
