Clinical Provider – Telehealth & Onsite Mental Health Support

About the role

Intellect Care is seeking qualified mental health professionals to deliver one‑on‑one telehealth and onsite counselling or psychotherapy to clients in Gabon. The role focuses on addressing moderate to severe mental health conditions through evidence‑based interventions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 60‑minute individual telehealth or onsite sessions for clients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction, and related conditions.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress using validated therapeutic techniques.
• Collaborate with Intellect’s internal clinical team to refine platform features and client programmes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with local regulations and licensing requirements.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Counselling, Counselling Psychology, or Clinical Psychology.
• Minimum 300 hours of post‑qualification counselling or clinical therapy experience, including practicum/internship.
• Active, valid licence to practice in Gabon (or applicable country).
• Fluency in English and the local language.
• Experience with Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) or adult counselling is preferred.
