About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this non‑voice position you will assist customers via chat and email, delivering clear and helpful responses that enhance the overall experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional support in French and English through chat and email.
• Assist customers with inquiries, order issues, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot problems and deliver accurate solutions.
• Document interactions and maintain precise records.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
• Share feedback to improve processes and customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent reading and writing in both French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Organized, reliable and able to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify.
