Bilingual French/English Customer Support Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a fluent French and English speaker to join our fully remote customer support team. In this non‑voice position you will assist customers via chat and email, ensuring their inquiries are resolved quickly and professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, courteous support in French and English through chat and email.
• Answer questions about orders, account issues, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot problems and deliver clear, accurate solutions.
• Document each interaction and keep records up to date.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent service quality.
• Share feedback to help improve processes and the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent reading and writing skills in both French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication.
• Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset and reliable work habits.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
