About the role

TalentPop is seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join its fully remote team. In this non‑voice position you will assist customers via chat and email, ensuring smooth and positive experiences while representing the brand in both languages.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional support through chat and email in French and English.
• Assist customers with inquiries, order issues, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot problems and deliver clear, accurate solutions.
• Document interactions and maintain precise records.
• Collaborate with teammates to guarantee consistent, high‑quality service.
• Share feedback to improve processes and the overall customer journey.

Required profile

• Fluent reading and writing in French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (e‑commerce a plus).
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Organized, reliable, and able to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
