Bilingual French-English Customer Service Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a fluent French‑English speaker to join our remote customer service team. As the primary point of contact for French‑speaking customers, you will deliver friendly, solution‑focused support through phone and live‑chat channels, helping to build trust and loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous assistance in both French and English via voice calls and live chat.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and guide customers to effective resolutions.

Required profile

• Complete fluency in written and spoken French and English.
