AI Trainer – LLM & Generative AI Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented AI Trainer to help develop and refine large language models and generative AI systems. The role is fully remote and involves working closely with ML engineers and product managers to translate research goals into high‑quality training data and evaluation workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage end‑to‑end training pipelines, including supervised fine‑tuning, RLHF and red‑team exercises.
• Create complex prompt templates and test scenarios across coding, creative writing, reasoning and multilingual tasks.
• Define and maintain rubrics for model output quality and produce “golden datasets” that set behavioural standards.
• Analyse model failures, identify sources of bias or hallucination, and propose corrective actions.
• Guide junior trainers and annotators, ensuring consistency and high standards across a global team.
• Document training methodologies, model behaviours and iterative improvements for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to turn research objectives into actionable annotation tasks.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and suggest improvements to annotation platforms and synthetic data generation strategies.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in a relevant technical field such as software engineering or computer science.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to dissect complex problems and communicate abstract concepts clearly.
• Comfortable reading technical papers and staying up‑to‑date with AI safety research.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines and shift between technical and creative tasks.
