Stagiaire Assistant Conseiller Clientèle

About the role

This 3‑month unpaid internship is based in Owendo and supports the Commercial Department of Setrag’s Mobirail division. You will work closely with customer service agents to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for passengers traveling on Gabon’s railway network.

Key responsibilities

• Greet, inform and guide customers throughout their journey.
• Assist with train arrival and departure operations.
• Promote Setrag’s products and services, including special tickets for children.
• Prepare boarding authorisations and manage ticketing documentation.
• Compile reports and maintain administrative records.

Required profile

• Studies in Communication, Marketing or a related field (Bac+2/3 level).
• Strong punctuality, discipline and respect for deadlines.
• Ability to work in a team and provide courteous client service.
• Fluent in French and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
