Commercial – Prospection et Vente B2B

About the role

JOSY‑SERVICES is looking for a full‑time Commercial to work on‑site in Libreville. You will be responsible for acquiring new B2B clients, presenting the service portfolio, negotiating terms and closing sales while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new customers for the company’s service offering.
• Present solutions, negotiate commercial conditions and finalize contracts.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, write visit reports and support promotional activities.
• Provide regular feedback and market information to management.

Required profile

• Ability to build and manage a client portfolio and conduct targeted prospecting.
• Strong oral and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Organised, rigorous and capable of handling multiple requests simultaneously.
• Service‑oriented, results‑driven and able to propose tailored solutions.
• Fluent French (spoken and written); high school diploma or higher.
• First experience in B2B service or solution sales is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using CRM tools.
