Bilingual Sales Manager – Advertising Space (OOH & DOOH)

About the role

We are looking for a highly aggressive and results‑driven Bilingual Sales Manager to expand our advertising space portfolio across key African markets. The role focuses on selling both static and digital out‑of‑home (OOH) and digital out‑of‑home (DOOH) inventory to leading brands, agencies and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Sell premium static and digital advertising spaces (OOH & DOOH) to top‑tier brands, media buying agencies, and corporate clients.
• Leverage an existing active client portfolio to generate immediate revenue and accelerate market penetration.
• Manage the full sales cycle from aggressive prospecting and customized pitching to contract negotiation and campaign closing.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans to increase market share in a competitive outdoor advertising landscape.

Required profile

• Proven current experience selling Out‑of‑Home (OOH), Digital Out‑of‑Home (DOOH) or general media space.
• Active book of business with direct contacts within media buying agencies or major advertisers.
• Full bilingual proficiency in English and French (both written and spoken).
• Exceptional negotiation skills, a hunter mentality, and a track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets.
