Apprenti Gestionnaire Clientèle – Service Voyageurs

About the role

This apprenticeship is within the Railway Business Division, Mobirail Department, supporting the customer service team of Setrag, the operator of Gabon's main railway line. You will assist travelers, promote travel products, and help ensure smooth daily operations at the Owendo station.

Key responsibilities

• Sell travel products and tickets to passengers.
• Welcome, guide, and assist travelers on the platform.
• Provide information, help with boarding, and ensure passenger safety.
• Verify travel documents and tickets.
• Support revenue collection and daily accounting tasks.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations.

Required profile

• Education level: Bac+3 to Bac+5 (higher education).
• Specialisation in Commercial Action, Logistics or Transport.
• Fluent French (oral and written).

Required skills

• Basic professional communication (oral and written).
• Knowledge of travel‑related products.
• Proficiency with office tools such as Excel and Word.
• Ability to draft letters and reminder messages.
• Quick learning of customer‑management software.
