About the role

Join the railway freight division of Setrag as an Apprentice Freight Customer Service Manager. You will support the Operations team in managing terminal activities, handling billing, and generating performance reports for the freight stations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor terminal operations safely and ensure accurate taxation of freight services.
• Produce KPI reports on freight station activities.
• Assist in the sale of passenger‑related products and guide travelers on the platform.
• Verify travel tickets, support revenue collection, and perform daily accounting entries.
• Promote compliance with safety regulations for all passengers.

Required profile

• Education level: Bac+3 to Bac+5 in Commercial Action, Logistics or Transport.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in French.
• Ability to draft professional correspondence and follow‑up messages.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
