Industrialized a workshop line by creating manufacturing routings, dossiers, work instructions and a U‑shaped layout of 84 m² across six workstations. Performed time studies, line balancing, workload and capacity analysis to size resources and equipment. Conducted PFMEA on wheel assembly (RPN 252) and defined action and control plans. Modeled the assembly in CATIA V5 (18 parts, aluminium 2014‑T6) and validated structural performance with static and thermal ANSYS analyses. Presented a business case (USD 23 k CapEx, USD 178 k savings over 6 years) and proposed a digitalisation roadmap for predictive maintenance.
