Wireless Engineer Internship for University Students

About the role

We are looking for a motivated university student to join our team as a Wireless Engineer Intern. The role offers hands‑on experience with radio access network (RAN) sites and exposure to the full lifecycle of wireless product projects. You will work closely with engineering, pre‑sales and vendor teams to deliver high‑quality telecom solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform RAN site commissioning, testing, upgrades, troubleshooting and routine maintenance, and provide post‑implementation O&M support.
• Deliver technical training to customers, gather feedback on product performance, quality and service.
• Execute project acceptance activities, including preliminary and final equipment acceptance.
• Track and resolve equipment issues, manage complex problem cases, and maintain organized technical documentation.
• Assess and improve the technical capabilities of outsourced vendors within the service area.
• Collaborate with the pre‑sales team to identify business opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Electronics, Computer Science or a related field.
• Ability to work in English with strong stress tolerance and a proactive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Relevant internship or work experience in wireless engineering is a plus.
